I agree with everything Joseph said to the woman who wanted to know how to be good in bed. I would like to provide my perspective.
I want to have an authentically good sexual experience for both of us. That is what I define as good sex. Not a good performance from you, but for you to let yourself go and have a good time.
You have to release the controls you have on your sexuality to have good sex. Sex is something we do with our inner animal self, and the civilized consciousness gets in the way. Sex with a women who cannot let go of the need to control herself is like driving along with the me stepping on the gas while the woman is stepping on the brake.
Take your foot off the brake, relax, and let the moment sweep you away. Don’t worry about what you look like, what you sound like, or what any one thing he says or does means. Quit thinking, let your animal brain take over. It knows what to do.
The simple mental trick of not having to stay in control will do more to improve your sexual performance than a year’s worth of clever physical tricks found in your women’s magazines.
You will have a better time as well. Nothing kills your own enjoyment like worrying about whatever.
